ISC is a small business with a big role in supporting the Federal government in its transition to
e-commerce.
ISC is powering electronic procurement – enhancing competition, transparency, and efficiency and providing more effective support for agency programs.

ISC's solutions provide easy web access to Federal contracts and grants information governmentwide to notices, solicitations, and other information concerning Federal business opportunities and grant opportunities, to lists of debarred or other parties ineligible to receive government contracts or participate in government programs, and to information about contracts that are available for interagency ordering. These large-scale, governmentwide systems – which have proven to be highly reliable, scalable and adaptable – are now essential and assumed parts of agency contracting and grant making operations. These systems have been recognized by numerous awards.
